Parts Logistics Specialist

Works with Logistics Manager and Senior Logistics Specialist to establish operations processes and procedures for production parts logistics from / to North American suppliers. These processes aim to minimize costs related to MNAO without any defects / delays caused by logistics in alignment with logistics strategies. Establishes the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) that relate to production parts from / to North American suppliers and monitors the operation performance while seeking to achieve the required QCD. Oversees inbound / outbound logistics operations from / to North American suppliers for production parts in order to maintain required QCD and safety performance while meeting MTMUS production requirements. Evaluates logistics and design efficiency proposed by logistics service providers and gives feedback to improve the performance. Resolves issues concerning inbound / outbound logistics operations. Monitors and tracks operation processes to ensure compliance is within regulations, legal requirements and safety rules. Supports import / export custom operations in conjunction with the MNAO custom team. Inputs and maintains required logistics information into relevant systems to secure correct ordering and logistics operations.
