- Conduct group therapy sessions for patients with mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

- Assess and evaluate patients' progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Educate patients on mental health disorders and their treatments.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient sessions and progress.

- Keep up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of mental health.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Communicate with patients' families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.

- Attend trainings and conferences to further develop skills and knowledge in therapy practices.
- Serve as a resource and support for patients and their families.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for patients' privacy.
- Act as an advocate for patients and their mental health needs.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or A Related Field
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Group Therapy Or Counseling Setting
Licensure As A Therapist In The State Of Massachusetts
Strong Understanding Of Group Therapy Techniques And Dynamics
Availability To Work Weekends And Evenings To Accommodate Group Therapy Sessions
