  1. Design and implement training programs for staff at Massachusetts General Hospital to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient care.
  2. Oversee the delivery of training programs and continually assess their effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
  4. Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training materials.
  5. Monitor and track training progress for all staff members and provide regular updates to management.
  6. Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers.

  9. Act as a mentor and coach to trainers, providing guidance and support as needed.

  12. Collaborate with HR to integrate training and development initiatives into the overall employee development plan.
  13. Lead and motivate a team of trainers to achieve department goals and objectives.
  14. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to promote our training programs and initiatives.
  15. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design.

  • Previous Experience Managing A Team And Developing Training Programs.
