  11. Mentor and train residents and students in the field of optometry.
  12. Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure proper billing and reimbursement for services.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  15. Act as a positive ambassador for the hospital and its mission to provide exceptional patient care, conduct groundbreaking research, and educate future medical leaders.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Optometry (Od) Degree From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active State License To Practice Optometry In Massachusetts.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Multi-Specialty Practice.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ocular Diseases, Diagnostic Techniques, And Treatment Options.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
