Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Program.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Psychiatric Setting, Preferably With Acute Care Or Consultation Services.

  • Licensure As A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Licsw) In The State Of Massachusetts.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In The Field Of Psychiatry And Ability To Integrate Them Into Clinical Work.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
