  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in research methodologies, incorporating them into project planning and execution.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the research team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  10. Represent the hospital and its research programs at conferences, meetings, and other events, showcasing the institution's expertise and achievements.

Job Qualifications
