We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Coordinator for our Haiti Humanitarian Initiative (HHI) team. Fluent French language skills are a must for this role as you will be working closely with our partners and stakeholders in Haiti.   1. Coordinate all aspects of the Haiti Humanitarian Initiative (HHI) program, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders in Haiti, utilizing fluent French language skills.
  3. Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  4. Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, both in the US and in Haiti.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
  6. Conduct research and analysis on global health issues and trends, providing insights and recommendations for program improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain program documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
  8. Organize and coordinate logistics for program-related events, such as conferences and training workshops.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  10. Seek out and establish new partnerships and funding opportunities to support the growth and sustainability of the HHI program.
  11. Mentor and support junior program coordinators, providing guidance and training as needed.
  12. Represent Massachusetts General Hospital and the HHI program at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  13. Continuously evaluate and update program strategies and processes to ensure effectiveness and impact.
  14. Serve as a liaison between the HHI team and other departments within the hospital.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting and upholding the mission and values of Massachusetts General Hospital.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In French: As A Senior Program Coordinator For The Hhi Program At Massachusetts General Hospital, Proficiency In French Is A Crucial Qualification. This Role Will Involve Working With French-Speaking Individuals And Organizations, So The Ability To Communicate Effectively In French Is Essential.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Senior Program Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects Within The Hhi Program. This Requires Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Manage Resources Effectively.

This Includes Knowledge Of Government Policies, Regulations, And Healthcare Infrastructure In These Countries.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Program Coordinator, The Ability To Communicate Effectively With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders Is Crucial. This Includes Building Relationships With Partners, Collaborating With Team Members, And Advocating For The Hhi Program Within The Hospital And With External Organizations. Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Also Necessary For Managing Conflicts And Resolving Issues That May Arise.
