Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist

The Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist to join its team. 2. Monitor and review test results for accuracy and completeness.
3. Monitor and review laboratory quality control procedures and results.
4. Train and mentor junior staff members.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
6. Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
7. Maintain records of laboratory operations and results.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
9. Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
10. Participate in laboratory research and development.
