  1. Manage and coordinate clinical research studies, ensuring their success and adherence to protocols and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with physicians, scientists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement research plans.
  3. Recruit and screen potential study participants, explaining the purpose and procedures of the study and obtaining informed consent.
  4. Collect and organize data, including medical records, laboratory results, and patient outcomes.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of study progress and participant information.
  6. Monitor and track study budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  7. Communicate regularly with study sponsors, providing updates on study progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
  8. Train and supervise junior research staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines, including IRB approvals and HIPAA regulations.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new research protocols and procedures.
  11. Contribute to the analysis and interpretation of study data, and assist in the preparation of research publications and presentations.
  12. Stay up-to-date on advancements and changes in the field of clinical research, and implement new strategies and techniques as needed.
  13. Act as a liaison between study participants, healthcare providers, and study sponsors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  14. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor in all interactions with study participants and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Biology, Nursing, Public Health)

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines

  • Experience With Managing And Coordinating Multiple Clinical Research Studies Simultaneously

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
