Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and technical expertise in the execution of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, guidelines, and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and safety, as well as a proven track record of managing complex research projects.You must have at least 5 years of experience in clinical research and a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a highly regulated environment. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have a demonstrated understanding of Good Clinical Practice and ethical research principles.
