
Senior Administrative Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team at Massachusetts General Hospital.
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior leaders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events for the senior leadership team.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records for the senior leadership team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the senior leadership team.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for senior leaders.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursements for the senior leadership team.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from other departments and external parties.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the senior leadership team.
- Act as a liaison between the senior leadership team and other departments within the hospital.
- Proactively identify and address any administrative issues or concerns, keeping senior leaders informed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective operations within the hospital.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Interact With Diverse Groups Of People.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Computer Programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field Preferred.
