  1. Oversee and manage all financial operations for the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting by conducting regular audits and reviews.

  4. Work closely with various departments within the hospital to gather and analyze financial information for budget planning and decision-making.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Senior Accountant At Massachusetts General Hospital Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Accounting Or Finance To Understand The Complexities Of The Hospital's Financial Operations.

  • Cpa Certification: A Senior Accountant Should Hold A Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Certification To Demonstrate Their Expertise In Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Accounting: Massachusetts General Hospital Requires A Senior Accountant To Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting, With A Focus On Healthcare Financial Operations And Regulations.
