- Provide expert nursing care to pediatric patients in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Assess and monitor patient's condition and response to treatment, and make necessary adjustments to the care plan.
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies.
- Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of pediatric patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and make prompt and appropriate decisions in emergency situations.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and best practices in pediatric nursing.
- Serve as a positive role model for other staff members and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the pediatric unit.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Massachusetts.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Nursing, Preferably In An Inpatient Setting.
Certification In Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) And Basic Life Support (Bls).
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
