RN Clinical Educator

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver education programs to clinical teams • Support the development of clinical competencies to ensure quality care • Provide guidance and direction to clinical teams to ensure positive learning environment • Develop and maintain content for patient education materials • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient education programs • Participate in the planning and implementation of clinical education initiatives • Remain current on best practices in clinical nursing • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction • Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities
