Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain accuracy of all billing and collections processes.
  2. Ensure financial operations are compliant with state and federal regulations.
  3. Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  5. Monitor and adjust pricing to ensure profitability.
  6. Manage collections processes to minimize bad debt.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  8. Train and mentor team members on revenue cycle processes.
  9. Maintain knowledge of the healthcare industry and keep abreast of changes in regulations.
  10. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
