Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Or Business Management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
