  12. Train and supervise research staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of research studies.
  13. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including study protocols, reports, and regulatory documents.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Research Studies, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Expertise In Project Management Methodologies, Including Budgeting, Timeline Management, And Risk Assessment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Researchers, Clinicians, And Administrative Staff.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory And Compliance Requirements For Clinical Research, Including Irb Protocols And Hipaa Regulations.
