- Oversee and manage all aspects of research projects, including planning, implementation, and execution, to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation plans in collaboration with the research team.
- Ensure adherence to research protocols, regulatory guidelines, and institutional policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, physicians, sponsors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective collaboration and progress of the project.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and budget to project team and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, data, and records in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee recruitment and training of research staff, ensuring their compliance with research protocols and ethical standards.
- Facilitate and support the development and submission of grant proposals and other funding applications.
- Conduct regular project team meetings and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of research projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in project management and research, and apply them to project management processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff and research team members.
- Uphold and promote ethical standards and a culture of integrity and excellence within the research team and organization.
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through presentations, publications, and other means.
Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Scientific Research.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Research Setting.
Knowledge Of Research Methodologies, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Compliance In Clinical Research.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
