
Research Assistant I, Health Policy and Clinical

- Support project management: Assist in coordinating and organizing research projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and practices: Stay informed on current healthcare policies and practices to inform research and contribute to shaping future policies.
- Assist in data collection and analysis: Collect data through surveys, interviews, and other methods and assist in analyzing and interpreting the data.
- Communicate findings: Assist in presenting research findings to internal and external stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other formats.
- Maintain accurate records: Ensure all research data and records are accurately documented and stored in compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Follow research protocols: Adhere to all ethical and regulatory guidelines in conducting research and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Contribute to grant writing: Assist in writing grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.
- Provide administrative support: Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing project budgets, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Health Policy, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience Conducting Research In Healthcare Or Clinical Settings.
Knowledge Of Health Policy And Regulations, Particularly Related To Clinical Practice.
Strong Analytical And Data Management Skills, Including Proficiency In Statistical Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team And Communicate Findings To Various Stakeholders.
