  1. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare.
  2. Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to regulations and ensure hospital policies and procedures are adjusted accordingly.
  3. Work closely with various departments and teams within the hospital to ensure regulatory compliance.
  4. Review and analyze hospital processes and procedures to identify any potential compliance issues.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to address any compliance gaps or issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory documents and reports.
  7. Communicate regularly with hospital leadership and staff to provide updates on regulatory compliance and address any concerns or questions.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
  9. Serve as a resource for staff regarding any regulatory questions or concerns.
  10. Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  11. Participate in training and education programs to stay informed on current regulations and compliance best practices.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential compliance risks and work to mitigate them.
  13. Prepare reports and documents for regulatory agencies as needed.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  15. Represent the hospital in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacy.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Regulatory Affairs, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Guidelines, Including Ind And Ide Submissions.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals, Regulatory Agencies, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
