Additionally, you should have at least two years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in a healthcare setting, and knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze changes to state and federal healthcare regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements.
  2. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Create, review, and update documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
  4. Track and report on progress and changes to regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  6. Develop and implement educational programs to ensure staff and other stakeholders are informed of changes to regulations.
  7. Assist with regulatory audits.
  8. Respond to inquiries regarding regulatory compliance.
  9. Research best practices and make recommendations for improvements to policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain up-to-date records of all regulatory requirements.
