Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with Cardiac Arrhythmia expertise to join Massachusetts General Hospital's team. As a Cardiac Arrhythmia RN, you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that works together to provide the highest quality care possible. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and assess cardiac arrhythmia patients to detect abnormal heart rhythms.
  2. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, as needed.
  3. Manage and adjust treatments and medications to optimize patient outcomes.
  4. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  5. Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
  6. Provide compassionate care for patients and families.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  8. Participate in hospital committees, projects, and research initiatives as needed.
  9. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  10. Remain current with advances in cardiac arrhythmia treatments and protocols.
