6. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
8. Ensure patient safety and provide a safe, supportive environment.
9. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
10. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
