- Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients, following established protocols and utilizing advanced technology and techniques.
- Monitor and assess patient response to treatments, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate and provide support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements and developments in the field of radiation therapy, incorporating new techniques and technologies into practice as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards related to radiation therapy.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior radiation therapy staff.

Bachelor's Degree In Radiation Therapy Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Radiation Therapy Specialist, With Demonstrated Proficiency In Administering Radiation Treatments And Using Advanced Technologies.
Current Certification As A Radiation Therapist By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).
Strong Understanding Of Radiation Safety Protocols And Procedures, With A Track Record Of Ensuring Compliance And Maintaining A Safe Work Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Staff.
