  1. Conduct regular quality assurance checks on radiographic equipment and processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.

  3. Analyze and interpret radiographic images to identify any potential issues or errors.
  4. Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to troubleshoot and resolve quality concerns.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in radiography to continuously improve quality standards.
  6. Train and educate staff on proper techniques and protocols for obtaining high-quality radiographic images.
  7. Maintain detailed records of quality control measures and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  9. Investigate and report any incidents or errors related to radiographic imaging.
  10. Act as a resource for staff and provide support and guidance in maintaining high quality standards.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance the quality of radiographic imaging.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiography Or A Related Field, Such As Medical Imaging Or Radiation Therapy.

  • Current Certification As A Registered Radiologic Technologist (Rt) By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, With A Focus On Qa And Quality Improvement Processes.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Radiographic Equipment And Imaging Techniques, As Well As Radiation Safety Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
