- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for various research projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with project team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Collaborate with researchers and other team members to establish project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to research projects.
- Manage project resources and allocate them effectively to meet project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support project activities.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project progress and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of new research initiatives and strategies.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Train and mentor junior project management staff as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and research to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Uphold the hospital's values of excellence, integrity, and compassion in all interactions and activities.
A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration Or Biomedical Sciences.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing Research Projects In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Track Project Timelines, Budgets, And Deliverables.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers, Clinicians, And Administrative Staff.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Procedures Related To Research, Including Irb Protocols, Informed Consent, And Data Management.
