Strong Educational Background: A Project Manager For Academic Affairs At Massachusetts General Hospital Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Healthcare Administration, Or Business Administration.
Previous Experience In Academic Affairs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In Academic Affairs In A Healthcare Or Educational Setting.
