Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Director to join our team at the Massachusetts General Hospital and help lead the PCORI Clinical Trial. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the clinical trial team to ensure completion of all project objectives. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the PCORI Clinical Trial by providing clear direction and support to the clinical trial team.
  2. Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful completion of all objectives within the allocated timeline.
  3. Oversee the budget and resources needed for the project and ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the project to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  5. Monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners to ensure successful collaboration on the project.
  7. Prepare regular reports detailing the progress of the project and present them to the team.
  8. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulations.
  9. Provide guidance and support to the clinical trial team and ensure their progress is monitored.
  10. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement and take proactive steps to address them.
