At Massachusetts General Hospital, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Physician Assistant to join our Robotic Surgery team. We are looking for an individual who can provide highest level of patient care and support to our surgical team while demonstrating the professionalism and commitment to excellence expected of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong qualifications in robotic surgery, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high level of patient care and support to the robotic surgery team.
  2. Demonstrate professional behavior, communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Utilize robotic surgery skills to provide the highest level of care for patients.
  4. Promote a positive team environment and work collaboratively with other healthcare staff.
  5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when performing medical procedures.
  6. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the surgical team.
  7. Ensure compliance with all hospital and regulatory policies and procedures.
  8. Participate in continuing education and training sessions to stay up-to-date on emerging robotic surgery techniques.

Job Qualifications
