
Physician Assistant (PA) - Inpatient Oncology
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Inpatient Oncology team at Massachusetts General Hospital. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. You should have a strong commitment to learning and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the field of Oncology and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must also demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and has a commitment to our mission of delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting is also required. Experience with inpatient Oncology is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in an inpatient Oncology setting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in the field of Oncology.
- Communicate effectively with patients and provide them with appropriate education and support.
- Manage time and resources efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality care to all patients.
- Possess a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably with inpatient Oncology experience.
