  14. Maintain accurate records and reports on department activities, including productivity, expenses, and quality measures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In A Clinical Laboratory Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Certification As A Phlebotomy Technician By A Nationally Recognized Accrediting Organization, Such As Ascp Or Amt.

  • Excellent Knowledge Of Phlebotomy Procedures, Safety Protocols, And Quality Control Standards.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Train And Mentor Staff, Effectively Manage Budgets And Resources, And Collaborate With Other Departments To Ensure Efficient Operations.
