
Pediatric Urology Ambulatory RN

- Provide expert and compassionate care to pediatric patients with urological conditions in a fast-paced ambulatory setting
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on urological conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatments
- Anticipate and respond to potential complications or changes in patients' conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Continuously update and enhance knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.
Active Rn License In The State Of Massachusetts.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Urology Or A Related Specialty.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Pediatric Patients And Their Families.
