  • Provide expert and compassionate care to pediatric patients with urological conditions in a fast-paced ambulatory setting
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Educate patients and their families on urological conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatments
  • Anticipate and respond to potential complications or changes in patients' conditions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
  • Continuously update and enhance knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License In The State Of Massachusetts.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Urology Or A Related Specialty.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Pediatric Patients And Their Families.
