Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Pediatric Rn At Massachusetts General Hospital Is Required To Have A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Current Rn License In Massachusetts: All Applicants Must Have A Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Massachusetts To Be Considered For The Position.
Pediatric Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Rn In A Pediatric Setting Is Preferred For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pediatric Healthcare Practices And Procedures.
Bls And Pals Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certification From The American Heart Association.
Availability For 36-Hour Night Shifts: This Position Requires The Candidate To Work 36-Hour Night Shifts, So They Must Have The Availability To Work Overnight Hours And Maintain A Consistent Schedule. This May Include Weekends And Holidays.
