- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervising physician or hospital administration.
Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program, With A Specialization In Palliative Care Or A Related Field.
Active And Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Massachusetts.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Palliative Care Setting.
Board Certification As A Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Through A Recognized Certification Board Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The National Board For Certification Of Hospice And Palliative Nurses (Nbchpn).
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge In Pain And Symptom Management, Advanced Care Planning, And End-Of-Life Care.
