Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Palliative Care - Access Nurse At Massachusetts General Hospital Is A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles, Patient Care, And Communication Skills.
