1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
2. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, pain levels, and overall well-being after surgery.
3. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
4. Assist with patient transfers to and from the PACU, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
5. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing team.
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations.
7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support during the recovery process.
8. Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment in the PACU, following infection control protocols.
9. Assist with the transportation of patients to other areas of the hospital as needed.
10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and unit processes.
11. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
12. Attend training and educational opportunities to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
