- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the goals, objectives, and priorities of the PACO Research Program.
- Oversee and manage multiple research projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.
- Develop and implement project timelines, working closely with researchers and other team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research protocols, study designs, and data collection methods.
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel and budget, for each project to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members, researchers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to human subjects research.
- Analyze and interpret data, providing regular updates and reports on project progress to key stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in research methodology and technology, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the PACO Research Program.
- Represent the PACO Research Program in meetings and conferences, promoting the organization's mission and values.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize project performance and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of project management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Management.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience Managing Research Programs Or Projects, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Research Methodologies And Regulations, Including Irb Processes, Grant Management, And Data Collection/Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Such As Researchers, Clinicians, And External Partners.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meeting Deadlines, And Achieving Project Goals Within Budget Constraints.
