PACO Research Program/Project Manager

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the goals, objectives, and priorities of the PACO Research Program.
2. Oversee and manage multiple research projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.
3. Develop and implement project timelines, working closely with researchers and other team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues that may arise.

8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to human subjects research.
9. Analyze and interpret data, providing regular updates and reports on project progress to key stakeholders.
10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
11. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in research methodology and technology, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the PACO Research Program.
12. Represent the PACO Research Program in meetings and conferences, promoting the organization's mission and values.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize project performance and outcomes.
14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
15. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of project management.
