Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices and initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  2. Evaluate nursing practices and procedures to ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  3. Monitor patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement in nursing practice.
  4. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in the development of their clinical skills.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to nursing practice.
  7. Facilitate ongoing education and training opportunities for nurses.
  8. Research and identify best practices for nursing practice.
  9. Provide leadership and guidance for interdisciplinary teams.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
