Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner, Team Lead to join the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) team. The ideal candidate will be a leader in the healthcare field with a passion for providing quality patient care. We are looking for someone who can collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.To be successful in this role, the Nurse Practitioner, Team Lead must possess a Master’s degree in Nursing, a current license as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts, and at least five years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, the chosen candidate should have a strong background in clinical practice and demonstrated advanced leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of healthcare professionals.We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a positive impact on our patients’ lives. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
  3. Lead the team of healthcare professionals in providing patient care.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
  5. Maintain a current license as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts.
  6. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
  7. Provide clinical advice and guidance to team members.
  8. Develop and implement patient care plans.
  9. Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
  10. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
