Responsibilities:

1. Provide high quality and evidence-based patient care through assessments, diagnosis, and treatment
2. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans for patients
3. Document patient records in a timely and accurate manner
4. Educate patients and families about health promotion and disease prevention
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in the field of nursing
6. Serve as a resource to other healthcare providers on Nurse Practitioner duties and responsibilities
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice
8. Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
9. Demonstrate leadership skills and initiative in the practice setting
10. Provide patient-centered care that is respectful and sensitive to diversity and culture.
