We at Massachusetts General Hospital are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Midwife to join our team as Chief. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of comprehensive midwifery care to patients, as well as providing leadership and guidance to the nursing midwifery staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maternal healthcare and be knowledgeable about current practices and trends in the nursing midwifery field. You will be a strong leader who is comfortable with delegating tasks, setting expectations, and providing direction to ensure the highest quality of care.To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Massachusetts. You should also have at least two years of experience in a leadership role in a hospital setting.
