
Nurse Coordinator, Pulmonary Hypertension

- Oversee the care of patients with pulmonary hypertension within the Pulmonary Hypertension program at Massachusetts General Hospital.
- Utilize clinical expertise and knowledge to provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Serve as a resource and provide support to team members, including nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, and make recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about pulmonary hypertension and its management, as well as potential complications and side effects of treatment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to remain up-to-date on advancements in the field of pulmonary hypertension.

Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Massachusetts.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Pulmonary Or Critical Care Setting.
Certification In Pulmonary Hypertension (Ph) Or Willingness To Obtain Within 6 Months Of Hire.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate And Manage A Multidisciplinary Team.
