  1. Provide support to the Podiatry/Orthopedics department by assisting medical professionals with patient care and administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Medical Setting: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Medical Office Or Healthcare Facility, Preferably In A Podiatry Or Orthopedics Setting. This Will Ensure A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures.

  • Knowledge Of Podiatry And Orthopedic Procedures: A Strong Understanding Of Podiatry And Orthopedic Procedures, Such As Casting, Splinting, And Wound Care, Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Background In These Areas Or Be Willing To Undergo Training.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Non-Certified Medical Assistant, Strong Communication Skills Are Crucial For Effectively Interacting With Patients And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Explain Procedures, Answer Questions, And Provide Clear Instructions.

  • Attention To Detail: Working In A Medical Setting Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate Record-Keeping And Patient Care. Candidates Should Be Able To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively To Maintain A Smooth Workflow.
