We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Membership Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital. The Membership Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with members of our hospital. The successful candidate will also support our membership program by processing applications and renewals, and providing members with information regarding the benefits of membership.
