Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Cls) Through A Recognized Accrediting Agency, Such As Ascp Or Amt.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A High-Volume And Complex Chemistry Lab.
Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Various Laboratory Instruments, Including Automated Chemistry Analyzers.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Quality Control And Assurance Principles, As Well As Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards.
