Managing Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure support from corporate and foundation partners.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate and foundation partners.

4. Work with development team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
5. Create and manage a budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
6. Monitor and evaluate trends in the corporate and foundation fundraising landscape.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with institutional goals.
8. Lead and motivate teams to achieve fundraising goals.
9. Represent MGH at corporate and foundation events.
10. Provide guidance and support to junior staff.
