- Manage laboratory operations: Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and staff schedules.
- Conduct data analysis: Utilize advanced statistical methods and software to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to support research projects.
- Monitor quality control: Ensure all laboratory procedures and data analysis techniques meet industry standards and regulations.
- Train and supervise staff: Train new laboratory personnel on procedures and protocols, and oversee the work of laboratory technicians and assistants.
- Maintain laboratory records: Keep accurate records of laboratory procedures, data, and results in accordance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with research team: Work closely with researchers and other members of the team to understand project objectives and provide data analysis support.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues: Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data, equipment, or procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about new technologies, techniques, and regulations in the laboratory and research fields to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Manage budget and resources: Develop and manage budgets for laboratory supplies and equipment, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and ensure that all laboratory personnel are trained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Provide reports and presentations: Prepare and present reports and presentations on laboratory operations and data analysis to management and other stakeholders.
- Foster a positive work environment: Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication, providing feedback, and recognizing team members' contributions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Data Science.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Research Or Clinical Environment.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Management Software, Such As Microsoft Excel, Spss, Or Sas.
Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Team Members And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
