  1. Manage laboratory operations: Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and staff schedules.
  2. Conduct data analysis: Utilize advanced statistical methods and software to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to support research projects.
  3. Monitor quality control: Ensure all laboratory procedures and data analysis techniques meet industry standards and regulations.
  4. Train and supervise staff: Train new laboratory personnel on procedures and protocols, and oversee the work of laboratory technicians and assistants.
  5. Maintain laboratory records: Keep accurate records of laboratory procedures, data, and results in accordance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  6. Collaborate with research team: Work closely with researchers and other members of the team to understand project objectives and provide data analysis support.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot issues: Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data, equipment, or procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about new technologies, techniques, and regulations in the laboratory and research fields to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Manage budget and resources: Develop and manage budgets for laboratory supplies and equipment, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and ensure that all laboratory personnel are trained and compliant with safety regulations.
  11. Provide reports and presentations: Prepare and present reports and presentations on laboratory operations and data analysis to management and other stakeholders.
  12. Foster a positive work environment: Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication, providing feedback, and recognizing team members' contributions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Data Science.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Research Or Clinical Environment.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Management Software, Such As Microsoft Excel, Spss, Or Sas.

  • Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Team Members And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
