
Inventory Specialist

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products.
- Update inventory records and databases with new products, quantities, and locations.
- Work closely with purchasing department to place orders and negotiate pricing.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, usage, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely delivery of essential supplies to various departments throughout the hospital.
- Communicate with department managers to address any urgent or critical supply needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Train and support other staff members on inventory management processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
Knowledge Of Inventory Control Best Practices And Experience With Inventory Management Systems.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And Vendors.
