- Design and develop high-quality educational materials for healthcare professionals, including online courses, training modules, and instructional videos.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevancy in all educational materials.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps among healthcare professionals and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational materials through assessments and feedback to continuously improve and update content.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and healthcare education.
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of educational materials.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gather feedback and incorporate their insights into future educational materials.
- Act as a mentor and resource for other team members on instructional design techniques and strategies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Knowledge Of Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Authoring Tools.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders.
