
HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner at Massachusetts General Hospital, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our leadership and staff on human resource management topics. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and staff, providing guidance and support on human resource management topics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and procedures related to human resource management.
- Develop and maintain an effective system for the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
- Provide guidance to leadership and staff on performance management, employee relations, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor organizational trends, such as staff turnover, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Generate and analyze reports related to employee performance and engagement.
- Develop and facilitate training programs and workshops related to human resource topics.
- Manage employee benefits and other related programs.
- Remain current on relevant HR trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of HR initiatives.
